Fluid I.T Limited was founded and has remained located in London, UK in 2005 as a one-man company dedicated to providing IT support to charities that was affordable, transparent and accountable. In the very first week, Fluid had hired an apprentice: an ex-offender with no IT experience, brought in to provide support and be supported. Since the beginning, we have been motivated to release the potential of our clients and our team.
In 2011, we hired our CTO, who helped completely revamp our business model, challenging us to develop in new and improved ways. In the decade to follow we formalised our Advisory Board, settled into our current offices, became a founding UK B Corp, suffered a devastating flood, and in 2019 achieved our first solid financially positive year. Then the pandemic happened.
Thankfully, we have been able to continue to grow and flourish throughout uncertain times. 2022 was our most recent B Corp recertification, improving upon our previous score by an impressive 32 points. We’ve grown our team and expanded and improved upon the services we offer. And at the end of 2022, we celebrated the succession of our new CEO.

Our Fully Managed Support Contract offers fixed price support as needed. This includes a dedicated helpdesk, as well as services that proactively monitor the health and security of your IT estate.
