Our Mission

Values

We aim to give opportunities and support to those who need it most. We partner with organisations and clients to provide employment and apprenticeships to ex-offenders, ex-addicts and others coming from challenging circumstances. The wellbeing and development of our staff is one of our greatest markers of our success.

Living Wage employer

We believe the Living Wage is an important marker for employers, and we are proud to be accredited London Living Wage employers - something we look for in our suppliers too.

Founding UK B Corporation

Back in 2015 we were proud to become part of the founding cohort of B Corporations in the UK, certifying as a 'business as a force for good'.

Fluid IT has been nominated as a Best for the World 2022 honoree for workers impact. That places us in the top 5% globally of all B Corporations and is a huge encouragement in the work that we do!
